While fiendishly following the Tour de France, I discovered the super coolness that is Chalk Bot. The newest thing from the Live Strong Foundation, the chalk bot converts inspirational messages (sent via text) into big graphic chalk drawings on the very pavement the riders traverse during the tour! It took a lot of HTML planning and some fancy engineering, but this sweet machine stencils out messages left and right, satisfying designer and athlete alike.
