Though I pride myself on being disciplined (I do have a full time job and am still in graduate school), like everyone, I have many bad habits. Most of them involve massive amounts of chocolate. Others involve being bad at communicating (I hate talking on the phone) or being slow to keep a promise.

So it is not surprising that I am intrigued by the new book, The Power of Habit, by Charles Duhigg. His premise seems very simple and I am tempted to give it a try. Maybe it will break me of my 11am (and 4pm, ha) chocolate fix. What about you? What would you change and would you give this method a try?
